I love these. They work fine for my purposes. I use them to add condiments to sandwiches and to cut cake and other softer stuff. I'd never use one of these to try to cut meat unless it was like ground beef. If you're going to eat steak, use a steak knife. These are plastic. There is no stainless steel in them. That's an information error. They will snap if stressed too much.
