At first it does not appear to be an OEM replacement but it is. It was shipped to me and had a crease in it - I thought it would stay creased. After installation it popped back its memory and fit perfect. Some vides online show that you have to remove your glove compartment, but you don't Just push in the two tabs on the side and let it hang down. I was able to fish it out that way and put in the new one! '22-2500HD
