The product was 5 stars, unfortunately just a little big for my dtr who I bought them for. I communicated with the company and the customer service (Frank) was excellent, no problems sending back and very courteous and polite. Had the refund too. Thank you

Fantastic gloves. Very warm, even in negative 40degs F wind chill.Note: The Large size gloves will fit X and XL hands comfortably.

My husband has had many gloves over the years, being a firefighter and rancher. When he was fighting fires, he tried many so-called specialty gloves, but once he found Gortex, he never bought another kind. Ranching requires a little bit different, but in the winter, nothing allowed him to do what he had to and kept his hands warm, too. He tried so many different kinds, again, specialty gloves for ranching. This year we had the worst winter they say in 70 years, with weeks of arctic freezing. Even the hand warmers froze! Finally he asked me to see if I could find some Gortex. I researched a number of them and finally chose these. They kept his hands warm and were flexible enough he could easily and comfortably do all his chores with no awkwardness or fumbling. He's sold. Asked me to buy him an extra pair to be sure he's got one. Should probably go a size up, if you like them comfortable and not tight. But these particular ones sure do the job for warmth, protection, flexibility, style (these cover his wrists and fit nicely under or over coat cuffs), and durability.
