The bill of the cap was bent and looks like its setting lopsided on my husband's head. Also the excess from tightening the hat just hangs there. Would be nice to have a way to secure.I wanted to send the cap back,but hubby insisted that he needed it now and wasn't going to take time to send back.

Excellent fit. Very comfortable. Light weight but provides excellent safety for most situations. Has saved me from some nasty head knocks.

Look, this bump cap is great quality, but the reason I returned is only because of the huge reflector strip on each side. Construction helmets don't even have this. I'm not sure what the purpose is, but it's off-putting and will make you have some issues. I doubt anyone will ever say, " Oh, good thing Joe had a reflective strip on his hat while working in the (attic, under the sink, under the car...), otherwise I never would have seen him". Again, great, cap, ridiculous reflector. Green Devil needs to think things through, or offer a one that is reflector free.

The liner is 90% of the weight of this hat. The material of the hat is super light. Brim is just the right length for indoors. There is plenty of venting down the sides and forehead area. But none along the crown. So I suggest you add them. There is closed cell foam along to top too. So if you run into anything you will not have hard plastic bouncing off your skull. My cap size is 7 1/2 this fits right and not too tight. The soft webbing is nice not like snap back ballcap. Worth the 💲
