I looked at these a few times, finally pulled the trigger, and I'm very happy I did. The lights go on the tree very easily, and come off without tangling. The strand is long enough for a full 7 and 1/2 ft tree, with some strand to spare. The app is intuitive, and functions well. The preset modes are excellent, and you can also customize the strand down to the individual light. Over the years we've probably gone through 10 or 15 strands of indoor Christmas lights, which eventually stopped working, end up tangled in a box, or aren't compatible with a newer strand we buy. These lights solve these problem so efficiently, I've been very happy with them and will continue to buy similar govee products.

Lo compramos para la decoración de la casa y funciona muy bien, compatible con Alexa y la aplicación es bastante intuitiva

La serie led está muy padre, porque tiene colores muy brillantes y una app qué te da funciones predeterminadas, puedes programar hora de encendido y apagado sumamente cómodo para evitar prender y apagar manualmente.Cable contra agua, es exterior, y guardar es muy fácil porque enrollas, no se atora porque el cable es plano. Muy buena opción

Cumple con la expectativa, los materiales son de buena calidad, la app es muy amigable, funciona a la perfección, me gustaría que hubiera una opción con más luces ya que está solo trae 200.

I own several Govee lights and other devices and picked up these lights for my Christmas tree. Super easy to control with the app and by using Alexa. The scenes are fun to experiment with if you want some “action” to your lights, or simply select a uniform colour for a more classic look. In either case the lights are very nice to watch. The 66ft string provides perfect coverage for a standard size Christmas tree. Highly recommend!

Updated review: After posting this, Govee reached out and offered a full refund of the product which was greatly appreciated. At some point during my troubleshooting between the original review and their message, I must have managed to factory reset the lights and they appear to be working again. We've had good luck for at least the past 2 weeks and the kids love them. As I said before, they're great lights, albeit a bit too bright at the lowest power setting, that's a minor complaint since they belong on a tree and not attached above a bed. All the same, I didn't accept the refund but I'll be ordering a second set of these in the coming weeks. Customer service reaching out so quickly encouraged me to buy some additional Govee products so I'll also be trying their table lamp and some RGB strip lights to go with it. Absolutely recommend these to anyone wanting some unique and great quality lights for their tree or house.Original review: I ordered these to be installed above the bottom bunk of a bunk bed. My kiddo loves them, the various scenes, etc. They're bright, maybe too bright for my use case, even at 1%, but they'd be perfect on a tree. Overall they feel like a good quality product with a well developed app, easy integration with Google Home and Amazon Alexa both. Expensive, but you get a really nice quality product for the money.One quirk though... After updating the lights, they no longer turn off. I can adjust brightness and scenes, but they just flicker off for a quarter of a second and then kick back on. The only way to turn them off is to unplug them. I haven't gotten to a point of resetting them but I'll get there. I suspect they'll end up working fine after, or I'll have to return them. I hope that it doesn't come to that but we'll see
