I convert vehicles to run on natural gas and have to do a lot of custom fabrication, including cutting holes through truck/van beds and quarter panels. I was burning through a lot of hole saws from the big stores but they wouldn't last very long. This cutter, when used right (low rpm, sufficient pressure) outlasted 15 of the store bits. So the quality more than made up for the additional cost. Yes, you do have to by the arbor bit separate, but it is obviously reusable.

I hate that people review these things negatively. READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION!!! Don't buy something based on the picture. These cutters are great. Fast and clean cutting.

I was really disappointed with this order. The picture shows the cutter and the arbor together but when I received the item all I got was a cutter. No arbor came with it. The description of the item does not mention about not having an arbor with it which makes it unusable. I ended up returning the item back to Amazon.
