I am very happy with this purchase. The Surface Pro is in excellent condition. The shipment was extremely well-protected with cushion wraps. Mine also came with an upgraded power adapter that includes an extra USB charging port. The computer had Windows 10 installed, and after setting it up, I was given the option to upgrade to Windows 11 for free. I gladly chose the upgrade, and it indicated that the process would run in the background.After several hours, I became unsure whether the upgrade was progressing, so I rebooted the computer. After some additional waiting, I saw that the OS had successfully updated to Windows 11. Everything has been running smoothly.I also forgot to mention that the battery holds a charge very well. I really like this computer!

Unfortunately I am not happy with this surface. It iss supposed to come with windows 10. It will not work at all. Now I have to go to the geek squad to get it fixed which is going to cost me more money and I don't know if its even fixable. Its better to just skip this product

Me gustó el equipo, pero tengan cuidado porque venía con muchos virus. Deberían formatear el equipo e instalar nuevo windows.

Buen producto para el precio, el único problema es que no se puede actualizar a Windows 11 y eso le quita en mucho lo atractivo si eres alguien que necesita tener Windows al día.

I was a bit nervous ordering such an expensive refurb device but so far, so good. It arrived in a white box with bubble wrap and was well-protected. Mine was very close to excellent condition, as advertised. There was a smudge mark on the top of the device but everything else was defect-free. I knew I wanted to immediately install Windows 11 on this and wasn't sure if I should install Windows 10 first or start clean or what. When I started it up, it was already factory reset to Windows 10 and when I went through the install process, I was eventually offered a free upgrade to Windows 11. So I installed it through Windows Update and it has been trouble-free.While not the best price out there on these, it was a decent price for what I felt I was getting. I ordered the Microsoft keyboard refurb at a discount as well. This is a great device that is lightweight and perfect for my needs.

Llegó en tiempo, se ve bien, muy buenas condiciones, le doy cuatro estrellas porque el cargador se ve fracturado del cable lo metieron a presión y se machuco con la misma caja de empaque, pero funciona y espero que dure.
