Package arrived without the bow. Otherwise the Pom poms are pretty and well constructed.

These poms are very small and look nothing like the picture. You can try to fluff them out, but the material doesn’t keep a shape and they are not full at all.

I don't care if they say fluff it out, it doesn't help. When you go to fluff it out, every strand you pull on will now bend over and stay flopped over. These pictures were after it was fluffed out and all it did was fold over a bunch of areas where now it's just flat in those spots. I would have thought they would have been better made than what they were. If it would fluff at all I would have given it a better review but even after fluffing the pom pom, there is still no fluff to them. Their flat in areas where you try to pull on the strands to fluff it out bc all it did was fold them over. I'm glad it was just for a halloween costume and not my daughters acutual dance ones bc it would be embarrassing if it was. It's nothing like what the pictures show. You can't even make them as nice as the pictures. I even watched several videos before I attempted this to make sure I was doing it correctly and I've done it exactly like every video I watched showed to do it. Still has flat areas.
