Has the ability to fit a good range of sizes I am a 0/00 in pant sizes and I used the very last hole available and it fit perfectly. Also, there was enough remaining belt for me to loop it into the second jean belt loop{located on my side}.Hopefully this makes enough sense to help someone else out with an estimation of the sizing for this belt because I know I was curious myself when purchasing. I wore this to a concert and it held up perfectly all night with numerous bathroom appearances. So, for the price I would definitely recommend.
