全部アルカスイス規格に統一したかったので購入。しっかりと固定でき、コスパいいです。

Ho acquistato questa testa per sostituirla con l'originale del mio treppiede Manfrotto perché purtroppo non essendo arca swiss non potevo montare sul corpo macchina la piastra ad L. Posso dire che sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto per questo oggetto. La fattura e robustezza sembra molto buona, la ghiera di serraggio ha una fluidità molto affidabile. La chicca di questo oggetto è che all'interno troverete un supportino in plastica che va tra il mozzo della sfera del treppiede e la nuova testina...praticamente è apposta per i treppiedi Manfrotto. Purtroppo l'unica pecca di Manfrotto è che fa tante teste non arca swiss e l'unica soluzione più economica e allo stesso tempo affidabile è questa altrimenti si può comprare la testina arca swiss della Manfrotto originale ad un costo però superiore. Super consigliato

El producto es de buena calidad. Sin embargo, su diseño obliga a rotar la base de manera que la cámara queda orientada a un costado y no al frente de una cabeza de 3 movimientos.

I have the XRPro geared tripod head. It’s pretty much the only one I’ve ever seen that gives me the precision that I need when doing a accurate photography. All my cameras and other tripods use Arca Swiss and it’s a great system. I love it. Unfortunately, not only does the XRpro use the Manfrotto RC2 plate, but it is integral to the system so it cannot be changed out like so many other tripods allow.For years this is caused me unending aggravation, and then I discovered this adapter. It’s compact so it doesn’t have a lot of height. there are a couple alternatives to this but they basically involve stacking both kind of plates and it’s a lot more bulky and unstable than this adapter is. with this adapter I can finally just grab my tripod and go in and shoot and not have to worry about how I’m going to mount my camera. And it allows me to switch out cameras which I cannot do before because I would only ever had one set up for the weird RC2 plate. And because the plate and bracket attached at a single point only, the camera would turn and slip down as the RC2 twisted against the Arca bracket with the weight of the camera.Now I get the best of both worlds. Precision framing with a very fine gear adjustment and the convenience of the Arca Swiss quick release system. And I only have to add less than a centimeter of height to my mount. The build quality seems decent. It may not be up to the level of Really Right Stuff but it’s not cheap either.There is a little trouble in paradise however. Not so much for me as for some others. But as you see in the pictures the Swiss mount is at a right angle to the long side of the RC2 plate. The footprint is square so they could’ve done it the other way. I’m not sure why they chose to do this. It’s a shame that the bolt pattern on the adapter is rectangular or you could actually disassemble this mount and fix the problem.This isn’t as much of a problem for me as pan/tilt people because the XRPro is 6 axis and my forward and back and side to side just end up reversing. It does mean that I have to point the tightening pin forward and my handles are now facing me instead of more conveniently off to the side. But I still get full function of the tripod. And I can even see all of the bubble levels.The other issue is lack of safety pen in the art of Swiss melt which I’m assuming was done to keep cost down. I’m pretty careful photographer and I baby my equipment but that pen has saved my stuff more than once. So I have to remind myself to be extra careful. Because I’m aware I’m using an adapter I usually triple check that everything’s secured properly and tight before I start to move around.I’m tempted to give this five stars simply because it’s the only solution of its kind around for my particular problem. But it doesn’t work for some and for others there are better options. My ideal solution would be to replace the Manfrotto socket completely with an Arca Swiss compatible plate. If that’s an option for you I would take it. It’s not for me as you can see the gearhead itself is molded around the plate.

Ho un cavalletto con una testa con attacco Manfrotto RC2. Avendo acquistato una tracolla Peak Desing che viene con una piastra ad aggancio rapido di tipo Arca Swiss, ogni volta che volevo usare il cavalletto, dovevo rimuoverla dalla macchina e montare la piastra Manfrotto RC2. Con questo adattatore ho risolto! Montato l'adattatore sulla testa del cavalletto come una normale piastra RC2 (e rimarrà li montato) ora posso usare l'aggancio Arca Swiss senza problemi. In semplice parole la parte sotto è Manfrotto RC2 (e l'agganci alla testa Manfrotto) mentre la parte sopra è Arca Swiss (e ci attacchi la macchina fotografica con la piastra Arca Swiss).La qualità del metallo è veramente molto buona e solida. Raccomandatisssimo.
