These stainless steel boards are exactly as advertised. I received 2 lightweight steel boards, each with 4 holes and 4 self-stick pieces of mounting hardware. I was a little worried that mounting in this manner would be a mistake, but the boards are so lightweight that it's not an issue, so long as the surface to which it is being adhered is clean and flat, so 5 stars for EASY installation! Magnets stick to them very well, though as the listing clearly states, the boards themselves are not magnetic. Overall, I'm pleased with them!

Nice. Stainless and magnetic sheet with mounting holes. Arrived with no mars or imperfections. Magnets stick to it and it looks nice/ cleans easily. They are also great for acoustic panels for sand tables and other projects.

These magnetic metal sheets ended up being exactly what I was hoping they would be like in that they are light but heavy-enough duty to be able to handle magnetic shelves. However, they are just slightly too big for where I wanted them on my cabinets (like 2 mm) which is just enough to make me change where I am going to put them and so I am still testing them in a variety of places in my kitchen. I used another brand's boards for the same purpose, holding magnetized minis in a box, previously. I needed some more (more armies!) so I got this version this time.This is basically a sheet of stainless(?) steel with four holes cut in it, with rounded edges. You get a pair of them that come in bubble wrap packaging, so care is taken there. They have a protective sticker on one side to make sure that one side is clean enough to be presentable. The other side is a bit messy, with toolmarks and small stains, but as it goes against the wall (or bottom of the box, in my case) it doesn't really matter.The two attachment types it comes with are typical drywall anchors and screws, or stickypads you attach with a nut on a bolt. Kind of a weird option, I think hooks would have been easier, or double sided stickypads like some other brands. It works though, but I can't promise the stickers won't mark your walls, as they aren't of the 3m variety.As shown in the image, magnets stick very well to it. The board itself IS NOT magnetic, it's just a ferrous metal so magnets will stick to it. You can see some smears on it, which is from the palms of my hand while I was tearing off the top one's protective sticker. Like other stainless(?) steel, it picks up marks which can be wiped off.The edges are a little sharp. It's just sheet metal cut at right angles. You won't easily cut yourself, but it's definitely possible if you don't handle it with care.Final note on size, the listing says 17.5" x 11.7". My tape measure says 17 5/16" x 11 5/8", so it's slightly smaller than listed (3/16 short on the long side, like 1/16 short on the short side). In case you have a tight fit somewhere, like I did fitting this into a box.
