This was a good price for this item. it's fairly heavy, so I think it will protect the cables well. My only unknown is how it holds up to the test of time (and sun exposure here in So California). Hopefully they are durable.

I've owned an EV for 4 years (Tesla Model 3). Because my property has an easement (a right of way for my neighbors to drive to their properties), it's tricky to charge my car. My parking spot is about 25 feet from my house. So I need to run the charging cable to the car from the house over the easement. I've tried a few different cord covers in the past, but they haven't held up that well over time - they move around too much or have simply worn out after repeated crossing of my neighbors' cars. This set of cord covers from Happybuy appear to be much sturdier than my earlier choices. Also, the fact that this cover is a bit of a ramp slows down one particularly nasty neighbor who liked to drive over my cord cover at high speed, inflicting as much damage as possible. She tried that once with the Happybuy cover in place and probably smacked her head into her car's ceiling (sorrryyy... NOT!). That slowed her down.Anyway, the HappyBuy cord protector ramps install easily, fit together well and have plenty of space for an electrical cable even thicker than my current 20 amp/12 gauge extension cord. You could easily fit a garden hose in one of the two channels. The only issue is that they do slide ever so slightly after repeated car crossings. I've just nudged them back in place with my feet, but I will probably use a bit of construction adhesive underneath them in order to anchor them more securely to the cement driveway. Will post an update if they develop any problems over time, but so far, so good.UPDATE (February, 2023): Well that nasty neighbor struck back. She started revving up her car to a high speed and slamming the breaks when on top of the cord cover in order to force them to slide, thereby causing the covers to separate and exposing the cables inside. I have Ring camera video footage of it. It's actually kind of humorous to watch. Some people must have very sad lives. Anyway, I tried a couple of different construction adhesives, but all required over a day to set, and none of them held the covers in place for long. My ultimate solution was to use Tapcon concrete screws to hold the cord covers in place on my driveway.By the way, after melting a couple of the "titanium coated" Tapcon bits, I discovered that these mortar bits work *much better* when you use an impact drill, as opposed to a regular drill. The impact drill allows the Tapcon mortar bit to drill through concrete and cement pretty quickly without melting. I also poured a little water into the holes to keep the bit cool. Once I secured the cord covers in place with the Tapcon screws, they stopped moving entirely. Several months later, they are still firmly in place. This does make it a little more difficult to do leaf and snow cleanup (since I can't move the covers now) but the power cable is well protected, which is the important thing.Happybuy Cord Protectors (with Tapcon screws): 1 - Nasty Neighbor: 0

Se siente buen producto 👍Tiene un grosor adecuado, aunque aún no lo válido en una salida y enfrente el ser guardado en mochila y aguantar caídas y golpes

Reviewing the Stan Sport 360 Stainless Steel Mess Kit. March 2,2016In summaryIt is a great light weight, compact stainless steel backpacking mess kit that is good to feed one person. For those who like to read more:The Stan Sport 360 is a perfect match for my j-creater portable stainless steel outdoor camping wood & alcohol burning stove. The size of the mess kit fits perfect on my stove allowing me to cook with confidence that it is not going to tip over. The copper bottoms on the mess kit heats up quickly so a hand full of wood cooked my breakfast by the river’s edge.Packs size and weight:The pack size is 7”’X 3” (17.78cm X 7.62cm)It nests inside itself and the handle on the frying pan is hinged so it folds over the nested kit and locks in place holding everything snuggly together. It is light to carry at only 567 grams. Go with stainless steel when you can. Stainless is a few bucks extra and a few extra grams heavier over aluminum, however it is not noticeable in my pack or in my wallet. Cooking with aluminum can have serious health repercussions.Materials and quality:It is made of stainless steel with a copper bottom. The copper bottom allows it to heat up quickly and distributes that heat evenly. Using it with my j-creater portable stainless steel stove, I boiled water in less than 4 minutes. Another 15 minutes or so cooked my eggs and bacon to perfection.I read where one person said “ I warped mine a bit “ . No-one else that I know of had a problems not to say there isn’t any. After using it several times, my guess is if you do not have it on a roaring fire exposed to extreme heat, it should not warp. A perfect cooking heat is a heat you can hold your hand over for a few seconds. I personally had it exposed to the direct flames of hardwood to boil water and it never warped. This is not to say giving it that kind of abuse will not warp it.I like the fact that the handles are stainless and not nylon or plastic. This way, I need not be concern with melting handles. The stainless steel handles do not get extremely hot if not exposed to high heat. To be safe, I use a cloth when picking it off the hot fire. The bacon smells to good to drop on the ground.I would off like some sort of a removable handle on the dish but overall with the great fit & finish, great price and all things considered, I would give it a thumbs up for quality and for being a great buy. Having said that, I included it in my handpicked reviewed items on our Lost Caper store at Amazon linked to my lostcaper.ca site.P.S. This week I plan on doing a “finish boil” of maple syrup in the pot so that will be the real test.ThanksRay & Jimmy at LostCaper.ca , March 2,2016March 2, 2016

This mess kit is pretty amazing for $20. I've owned a lot of mess kits over time (Swedish mess kits, USGI kits, East German kits, and various Coleman kits) and most have been cast aluminum, which gets the job done but has the tendency to stain badly and after extended use, gets harder and harder to clean. This kit though is made of stainless steel with a light copper plating on the bottom of each piece of kit. I don't know what gauge stainless steel it is made from but it feels VERY sturdy and is also EXTREMELY lightweight, The Copper plating on the bottom of the pans has been done excellently. For $20 you almost expect it to be cheaply done. This kit however looks like the pieces were assembled with a great attention to detail. The spot welds that old the handles on the pan are very well done as well.It looks as if they were pressed then welded then brushed up. The screws on the pan lid are tight and sturdy, and the handles on the pot are slotted so it doesn't spill when you pick it up but when your done the handle easily folds down and away. Very well made and thought out design. Again, this is a $20 kit I would have gladly paid more for in a store based solely on its build quality. On a camp stove all the items heat up evenly. The copper allows for more even heat distribution which allows for faster cooking and more evenly cooked foods. Cleanup is also SUPER easy as the pans simply wipe clean. Also, depending on the gas flame or open flame, you can get a bit of soot buildup. This is normal. This post cleans easier in that aspect too. After 3-4 uses it's still holding up fine. The plating is as well. I think this kit is DEFINITELY worth the money. Plus it comes with a small carry bag which I totally didn't expect but is very useful and a nice touch. I might buy a few more of these just to have/give as gifts to my camping pals.
