It works. Nice and compact, boils water. Great for the hotel while traveling!

Broke after a month of use, right after return window closed. Top components fell apart beyond repair. Too bad, I really liked this kettle at first.

I purchased it specifically to bring on my trip to Thailand to boil water for cup noodles late at night. Many hotels are equipped with kettles, but I've heard horror stories of people boiling their socks and underwear in them, so I took my own. It worked well throughout our entire trip and was so useful!- Travel-friendly: It's compact enough to take up only a small space in my luggage. The dual voltage worked well in Thailand, which uses 220V. I tested it in the US before leaving and it worked well there, too. Just remember to dial to the correct voltage before use.- Materials: I love that the inside is stainless steel, unlike many others that are silicon. It just feels much more sanitary. It boils water quickly and has a good capacity.- Unexpected use: Korean instant rice fits perfectly; just replace the lid with a rice bowl! It's especially useful when you don't have access to a microwave. Hotels in Thailand do not have microwaves in the rooms, unlike in the US, so it ended up being very useful!Cons:The external surface can get very hot, so just be careful! Also, it doesn't auto-stop when it starts boiling, so you need to keep an eye on it. I think it eventually shuts off, but not soon enough in my opinion.

Aún no lo utilizo lo compré para usarlo en mis viajes con países que manejan 220/24O, hay una más pequeña de iguales características pero desafortunadamente ningún comprador me ha asegurado si utiliza la misma característica de doble voltaje!

I really like this kettle. I have not had the chance to use it much, but I did try it out and it works perfectly. I like that it can be used on any voltage. It is also nice and compact for travel, yet the volume of water it boils is the perfect amount. I also got one that has a smaller capacity and it falls short of this particular product.

I’m torn—it’s perfect for what I was looking for: stainless steel, smaller capacity, dual voltage, and can be packed even smaller via nesting feature. However, it’s not exactly all stainless steel. The connection point between the stainless steel and the silicone is plastic, where water will still touch. This is mainly why I’m returning the unit. It’s also quite a pain to remove the bottom from the top for child sized hands like mine.Thirdly, and I admit I didn’t think this through when buying, you have to be careful cleaning the bottom piece as it is where the electricity runs. Another effect of this getup is that you make your soup noodle/big coffee or tea cup…and then you’re stuck with bigger bottom piece instead of the smaller portable bottom, unless you transfer the contents to another bowl then switch out the bottoms and pour everything back in.
