WOW, this shower head is awesome, it's like being wrapped in a hot blanket of water when you have both shower heads on at the same time, I first installed the shower heads with none of the water restrictors installed, it was the best shower of my life, but it used far too much water for a single shower, so I then installed the flow restrictors for California at 1.75GPM, that definitely made a difference in water output, the handheld shower was fine, but the rain shower head wasn't putting out enough water for my liking, so I changed the flow restrictor in the rain shower head to the 2.5GPM which gave me the right amount of water output.Warning, you get two bags of flow restrictors, they are different colors and sizes, they don't distinguish between the restrictors on the bags they come in, but they only fit either the rain shower head or the handheld shower head, I found this out after I had already put one into the wrong shower head. so be careful when installing them.Other than that, all I can say is I really look forward from coming home from work and taking the best shower of my life.

The instructions to install this Shower head and handle combination includes the following "If you are the new house" in very small red print! We are still looking for "new house"! The Rainfall Shower Head, hose, some screws are metal. However, the rest have a nice finish on them, but are plastic!. The plastic may be "cross linked polyethylene (PEX), plastic." I am still satisfied with this purchase. I do recommend purchase of this product to those who need to replace an old shower head. The function is fine. Bear in mind that not all parts are metal. The web site at Amazon does not mention the PEX. We, my wife and I, have been using this shower "RAIN" head for many week. I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars. Please indicate that this is not all metal. Thank you.

The directions are very clear and it was easy to set up. As long as you set up as directed with all the required washers, there are absolutely no leaks.Both the rain shower and the handheld shower work very well. You have the option to use each individually or in combination. As would be expected, there is a reduction in pressure when used in combination.In my shower I am unable to set up additional sprayers and this option provides me with the benefits of a well functioning rain shower and the sprayer, or the option to use one or both.It is very well made and as nice as some of the Moens and Waterpics I have had in the past.Highly recommend

Easy to install. Good water pressure coming through both the primary and wand. Would recommend.
