It's a really lovely piece of work. But it's too small for the Moleskin XL. When the journal is in it, the folder won't close which is a real pity. Beware.

Such a great product. Beautiful and smells great! I bought these as Christmas gifts for my co-workers and they will love them!

I love it. The only little complaint that I have is that it needs a pen holder, so I took it down to a leather shop and had them add one for 5 bucks. I don't go anywhere without it now, and I always have a pen to write with. I had the hardest time trying to remember my notebook/planning and now my kids can easily find my planner and everyone knows that it's mine. I am a cowboy and love the plain leather. it has scratched a bit over time, but just condition it a little with a tiny bit of baby oil or lotion and its good to go again. I would purchase another in a heartbeat.

After much measuring and reading of reviews I purchased this to protect my new Bible "The NKJV - Amplified Parallel Bible" Hardcover. It's almost impossible to find a printing of the Amplified Bible before 2015 when they made changes to the text and shortened it. This works perfectly, it is beautiful and classy. Great for male or female. Great craftmanship went into this item. Very refreshing in this age of flimsy products, to find individuals that have pride in their product. I say THUMBS UP.

I really love it and rate it 5 stars, and it’s nice that it supports locals in Guatemala etc. But it feels a bit finicky and strange when you flip the cover over completely to take less space (but it works you just have to use two hands). It worked well to buy some sticky pen holders and just stretch them a bit out to be able to hold the original pen.
