I tried this for my last camping trip and it worked fine. The clamp was not wide enough for my table so we anchored it into the ground. The pole is lightweight which is good and bad. Easy to transport and compact but that also makes it somewhat flimsy so hard to push it with too much force. I felt like it could be pulled out fairly easily. Overall, I will still use it and it is very handy but probably not purchase another one.

Works well the clamp clamps on my folding table.Plus it can go in the ground. I wish it had two more extensions though to get it a little higher.Over all it’s been a nice addition to my camping experience.

This would not hold up my propane lantern when attached to the folding table. It would just topple right over. I tried to attach it to the picnic table but the table was far too wide. Not really impressed.

I have used this with both the ground spike and the table clamp. It works well with my collapsible LED light. Helps shine light on the table instead of putting right on the table and taking up space. It also works well as a beacon within a dark area of many tents. It's very lightweight and portable. It actually fits in the bag with my table. I got the dual hook option, not really needing it, but have used a few times to hang damp rags and various things I don't want to set on the ground.

I read other reviews and thought OK I'll give it a go , glad I did as it was just what I needed, to hang a small light on camp kitchen, perfect ! But it is a little flimsy and would not hold a heavy lantern. Good adjustment in hight too .
