I bought this when I was having a rough time and couldn’t get outside much. I had it on almost 24/7 and it helped a tonnn! There’s 4 different warmth modes and 4 different brightness modes. It goes from basically hospital lights (no warmth) to sunset (really warm). There’s also a timer for how long it’s on. Personally I don’t use it but it’s a nice feature!I have an infant now and I use it every night! I don’t want to turn our lights on and startle bb awake so I use this. Hella lifesaver! Love it

Love my light therapy lamp. It not only helps me feel more awake during those dark winter months. It also works great for applying make up. I take it everywhere in case there is not good lighting to apply my makeup.

Light therapy lamp this is great for some of that spends a lot of time inside and always gets depressed in the winter time this is a very nice quality late very easy to use and very light weight you can put it anywhere in your house and will help you set your mood

Bought this to combat my seasonal affective disorder- not sure it works like that but I think I feel better getting more light through out my work day. Even if its just the placebo effect I like the extra light. The timer works great and it’s nice and bright. Light weight, it can easily be taken with you but the price is pretty low so it might be better just to keep one at the office and one at home

This kind of light therapy lamp for treating depression mimics the sunlight, which is especially useful for me in winter when there is a lack of sunlight. I like its very simple buttons. There are 4 buttons to control brightness, color temperature, time and switch individually. It is easy to operate every function. Its size is small, but the light is very sufficient. There are 5 levels of brightness that can be adjusted. According to the daily light, I will set different colors of light. There are 5 different colors of light 2700k-6500k. The time setting is also very simple, from 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes, I can clearly understand the time used each time. Its portable size surprised me, whether at home or in the office, I can carry it, it makes me feel at ease.
