I needed to cut two springs and a full size bolt cutter couldn’t reach them. The 14” cutter did the trick.

I needed a cutter to make exhaust parts. This is a double-compound-action cutter. It barely dented the twisted-neck of a coat hanger. I examined the blades. This cutter only closes the gap at the back, which is a small fraction of the total cutting throat. Therefore, it won't cut through the material unless the material is at the very back of the throat.

I do not like that these are made in China. The description leads a buyer to believe that they are made in USA but they are not. Upon inspection, the cutting blades are misaligned, one is longer than the other and they do not close completely.
