Worth every penny, we got about 4 of them to put on each of the welders and the shop guys are thrilled with them. Handle works great to seperate it from the piece of steel or any other material they have it grounding to. Save your money and buy these

I use this magnet in places where my welder ground clamp wont work. It always stays in place and is very convenient when you dont have a place to clamp your ground to. I chose not to replace the grpund clamp with the magnet as i dont always need it. Very satisfied with this product.
