I got this to use on my pull up cage so I can hang a bag and punch with MMA gloves.I am impressed with the quality and the durability of this item.-The strap is very reinforced and durable. It does not stretch with a lot of weight pulling on it. It also does not slide on my bar.-The D ring is quite strong. You can screw the loop so that it cannot open.This accessory can be used to attach anything to something you can get the strap around. This is a great tool for a home gym, or even just to have around the house. I actually hang my sandbag from my power cage and it works quite well.

This is strong, durable and holds my weight on my hammock chair....I understand this is for a punchbag but the hammock chair is perfect.

Currently on offer at £9.99 a good quick solution to hang a punchbag or other heavy items. The strap is thick and feels very strong. The carabiner is marked 25KN and is thick and should be strong enough, my punch ball-bag is only 53kg.
