So far so good. Only day 1 but right off the bat, it is in fact, excellent condition. Not one scratch or ding and I've examined the whole thing. I got my stylus pen, as was advertised. When I picked the box up I couldn't believe how heavy it was. This laptop is made of high quality , heavy materials. The silver trim detailing is pretty. The design is sleek. Speed is good. I did want 32 gb, 1T. But the only memory offered was 16 GB, 512 GB. So I'll have to invest in some external hard drives. So far I'm very happy with this. I'll update down the road.

I like the way they package refurbished laptop, I opened it as it was new and works ! Very reasonable priced for refurbished products
