Lo compré para evitar usar batería al momento de hacer Streaming con una Canon 75D, el detalle surgió que no permitió la transmisión por HDMI o USB, y al poner la batería trabaja sin problema, supongo que le falta más poder a la fuente.

I was a little nervous buying this for a $1,500 camera, but I had to test it being that it is $100 cheaper than the cannon ac adapter. It works great!!! Just plugged it into my new 6D and everything fit perfectly. For the person who said it didn't fit their 6D and caused a bulge... you must have done something wrong. This fits my 6D perfectly and looks like it was truly made for the camera. Make sure the cord coming off the battery unit comes out the little slot cannon has for the ac adapter cord. I didn't even realize it was there! So yeah, save $100 and buy this great camera battery saving gizmo!

Not much to say--works great, and I can set up my camera for lengthy time lapses without having to worry about the battery draining before the time lapse is done. Now to figure out how to keep the memory card from filling up with all this extra time I can take photos!

This is an inexpensive, functional way to add AC power to Canon DSLRs that use an LP-E6 battery. It's a useful tool for long exposures, extended automated captures, or studio shooting, and one of many off-brand replacements for Canon's rather expensive ACK-E6AC adapter. I bought and tested this one with a Canon 5D II. It may also work with a 60D, 6D, 7D, and 5D III.Build quality is unexceptional and indistinguishable from a previous off-brand adapter I had and used for years with a 40D. The two cable join areas fit together securely. The plug is not polarized, though this is to no consequence. Total cable length is 11.5 feet split as follows:Detachable power cord: 4 feetPower brick to joiner: 5 feetJoiner to battery: 2.5 feetThe battery cord feeds neatly through the rubber tab on the side of the battery compartment. I've heard that the cords of some third-party units don't exit Canon's BG-E6 battery grip properly, but I can't verify as much with this one.On the first startup, my 5D II reports 'Battery unrecognized; continue?' with a prompt. The battery capacity meter reads empty in use. Auto-sleep works as usual; the error prompt does not appear again when the camera wakes up. Operation appears unaffected, so with this limited trial, I'll recommend this HQRP adapter. I'll update if I discover any caveats in extended use.

This product does work on my Canon 5D Mark III. I found it out the hard way by reading the comment from a reviewer of the more expensive adaptor.2 Stars were deducted because printing of my adaptor does not match the one in the photo, and it takes too much effort to figure out how to make it work.
