I purchased the 4uf cap. was BM brand, had "UR" underwriters stamp. CBB61 and not C61 so it is the newer, more stable design. Well worth the price. Didn't come with the coaster like the product title said, lol. Would have been 5 stars if so, but I dislike being lied to. I would buy again, though. HQRP seems to be a reputable source for these small motor run caps. I used this one to replace the original on a Lakewood P-25 box fan, as the original C61s are not super durable. use a mounting type zip tie with hole in it if your original cap has a mounting tab.

The capacitor was identical to the one I removed, except it was not bulged out on the sides. The fan was only operating on low speed. First, I replaced the switch and that did not help. Then I saw the old capacitor was mis-shaped. I cut the wires off close to the old cxapacitor, stripped back the remaining wires, and added two wire nuts. The fan now works like new.
