Everything plugged into it works but when it's plugged into one of my USB ports, the sound through my headphones stops. Every single time. It's interferring somehow with the headphone jack which is just a normal headphone jack on the back of the cpu. So, I can't use it for my PC. May try it with my tablet and phone or as a charger. Would not buy again and not worth it to pay to send it back.

It works perfectly, I guess I didn’t really look at how long the cord was. Other than that, all ports are being used. Since my computer doesn’t have both an microphone and speaker input jack, it works out perfectly with my ham radio system.

the items was a promised, worked perfectly, it was easy to operate and very reliable, hold many plugs, the item was nice a cool, not that much heat
