This matched the Hunter fan we ordered to replace a broken fan in our kitchen. The fan did not offer a long down road in the box, so this one was perfect, and a perfect color match. (Just know that when the fan came with a 3” down rod, if you replace it with a longer one, you do not use the 3” one together with the longer one you order. Only use the long one to drop it down from the hugher ceiling.)

I would not trade this fan in for another. It is quiet, runs well, different speeds, pleasing to the eye, and does a great job cooling the entire family room 20'x24' with vaulted ceiling~ so, just love this! Thank you!

The downrod was purchased for the 60-inch Hunter fan. It matches perfectly and is just the right length. . The instructions with the fan included how to swap out the downrod, and it took roughly 5-10 minutes to swap it out. The hardest part was fishing the electric cords through the downrod. Find an old wirehanger and it will be a snap. This holds the fan up and does the job.

Not only does this hold my ceiling fan to the ceiling (hence the name) it does so at the proper height and, to date, without fail. It looks nice doing it, too. Matches my Altura 68" oil rubbed bronze fan perfectly, and it is likely strong enough to handle a major earthquake. No complaints.

I ordered this along with the 48 inch downrod because I wasn't sure which one I would need for my ceiling. It is very sturdy, heavy, and matches the fan perfectly. I returned it though because I needed the 48 inch downrod and had nowhere to use the 36 inch downrod.
