This case is really rugged and strong for my very expensive sunglasses (will work with regular glasses also). I dropped the glasses in the case by accident from 4 stories up, Glasses were perfect, case was not harmed, just a little dirty from where it hit the sidewalk. If you want protection for glasses this is for you.

This is a bulky case for glasses, but straps make it great to attach to a moly type backpack so you won't lose room within. The case is soft but fairly sturdy and rigid for a soft case, should protect most glasses adequately. For the money this is a good buy.

The quality of this case is really nice and it is exactly as described, that it's a semi-hard case that will protect against light pressure. I would trust the case with stacking a few things into the trunk with it, but it would not protect from sitting on it. There is a continuous piece of stiff plastic that curves into a clam-shell shape opposite the zipper side.There are Molle straps, small loops on each end, and a small clip that doesn't open wide but it would clip onto a key ring or paracord width. The padded surface doesn't extend to the zipper side so the plastic and nylon zipper surface forms the access side. I don't think this would cause a problem with most glasses, and wouldn't be with glass and metal framed glasses. I bought the case for a pair of Oakley Holbrook Metal glasses because they don't include a case, but they do include a microfiber bag so they will be fine next to the zipper. If you're using the Molle straps and the case is horizontal, glasses won't rest on the zipper surface.Overall a very nice quality case.
