Got this product for cleaning our large windows. It is good for cleaning windows, which in my opinion are at least 4x5 feet in size. Anything smaller, the spray will go beyond the glass. The suction is good. Ease of use is good. The mapping is good. Machine comes to the start point, once it is finished cleaning is a good feature. To get streak free glass. Change the pad after each window. The pad becomes saturated with the cleaning solution, so starts to streak. The main drawback so far observed is, the safety lanyard is too short. It will not work with a distance of over 4 feet. For that the machine has gotten 4 starsOverall it is a good machine
