Love this bag because it does what it says. Keeps food/drinks cold for hours. I use it for long days at the softball field and it does the trick. It’s much lighter then the Yeti backpack cooler which helps when I have to carry 15 things to a field no where near the parking lot. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the mouth is a bit hard to get open and small to get stuff inside and out.

Originally bought this product as a backpack for salmon fishing. Given that, I'm a little disappointed that the opening is too tight for a sizeable fish to fit through it without a fight. The cooler itself is very light. It surprised me that such a thin shelled and light cooler bag could work so well. I took some frozen meat and drove 9 hours in summer conditions and everything was still frozen solid when I arrived. Pretty happy with the cooler, just wished that the zippered opening was larger and/or more flexible. Is it worth the cost? It is if keeping your food cool is important to you. Quality is there.

Ordered this to replace an old cooler bag. Pros: It looks great. Cons: The bag is big, but the actual capacity is quite small; in fact it holds much less than our old cooler bag that looked about 2/3 the size of this one. The zipper is also unusual -- it's rubbery plastic and I'm not sure how it will hold up over time, although so far it's ok after about three uses. The main thing to know is that this only holds the equivalent of perhaps a small picnic lunch for two. I paid attention to the external measurements, which are almost too big for something you carry, but didn't register how small the internal capacity is. It does keep things cold if you're looking for a cooler you can carry and don't need to put much in it.

When the cooler arrived I brought it in and opened it to acclimate to my home temp of 75 degrees. I placed a frozen Blue Apron ice pack in it (12X8X1) by itself and checked on it 24 hours later. I'd say about 1/3 of it was still frozen. I checked again around 6 hours later and the ice was gone but still very cold. I did not catch how long it stayed cold but I would guess at least a few more hours for a total of around 35 hours of cold. I'm very impressed. I don't know if Yeti is as cold or colder but for basically half the price I'm happy. The zipper, as mentioned in other reviews, is a bit stiff but I think it is worth the extra effort because it is waterproof, along with the whole bag. I put some water in it, turned it upside down for several moments while shaking it and not a drop of water came out. It's nice to know if it falls over in transport it will not leak on anything. Not knowing what the materials to make it cost I can only guess that it's a bit overpriced, but I doubt if anything else works as well so if it's in your budget go ahead and buy it!
