Se pueden utilizar de bastantes maneras y vienen con todo lo que necesitas para ejercitarte en casa.

Die Kette an sich sieht sehr schön aus, gefällt mir, allerdings ist der gold Ton ein wenig orange, dass man es sofort unterscheiden kann, dass es kein echtes Gold ist, bis hierhin aber trotzdem volle Punktzahl weil es ein Top Produkt ist für diesen Preis.Ich wollte mir die Kette mit anhänger eigentlich nur wegen dem Anhänger kaufen, da ich eine Goldkette habe ohne kreuz, das Problem ist aber, dass die Öse des Anhängers selber 0,9 mm beträgt, aber das Loch der Öse nur 0,6mm breit ist, und da passt meine 0,5 Kette leider gerade so durch, aber der anhänger hängt halt fest in der Kette und lässt sich nicht einfach bewegen wegen dem Spielraum von 0,1mm. Jetzt trage ich den anhänger mit der dazugelieferten Kette. Deswegen 1 stern weniger, wegen der falschen Angabe.

Ligas de buena calidad, las puedes utilizar en casa atorando en la puerta, la resistencia es adecuada por cada una de ellas, con los accesorios se pueden realizar distintos ejercicios.

Las bandas son de excelente calidad, y el kit está súper completo, fácil de transportar, y lo mejor, es que puedes entrenar el cuerpo completo.Yo bajé un video de youtube de cómo hacer todos los ejercicios con las bandas; en serio, es una compra obligada.Las llevas a cualquier parte y no hay pretextos para dejar de entrenar.Estoy muy satisfecha con la compra

This is definitely a good toy when u r in covid. This lines are pretty strong. I always put on the hooks behind my door. It is good exercise for the arm muscle. The quality is pretty strong so even my husband use it nothing breaks.

Excelente precio y muy buena calidad, no duden en comprarlas, su precio es lo que cuesta una mensualidad del gimnasio por solo un mes, en cambio con ese set se puede ejercitar todos los músculos del cuerpo, solo se necesita un poco de imaginación para variar los ejercicios. Hasta ahorita estoy muy contento con la compra, supongo que con los debidos cuidados pueden durar hasta años.-No exponer las bandas al sol ni al calor, guardarlas en un lugar fresco.-No anclarlas a una superficie rugosa como a un tronco de madera, ni a una superficie afilada.-Supervisar las bandas antes de usarlas.-Dice que las bandas pueden estirarse hasta 3 veces el tamaño de su longitud en reposo, pero he investigado que es mejor no estirarlas mas de 2.5 veces su tamaño de longitud original (48 pulgadas).-Adicional, la caja incluye 2 pares de agarres (Handle grips), un par corto y otro largo. Esto es muy importante a tomar en cuenta, uso los agarres largos para ejercicios como press de hombro, squats, bicep curls o ejercicios donde la banda de resistencia necesita estirarse mucho. Y los agarres cortos para ejercicios con rango de movimiento no tan largo como Rows, Tricep extension, etc.Esos son los cuidados básicos que se les debe dar, por lo que muchas personas tienen ideas erróneas sobre las bandas de resistencia o no saben los cuidados que se les deben de dar. Espero que les sirva de ayuda para evitar accidentes.

Please remember this brand - GIM CaloI bought my 1st GIM Calo on Sept.2020 and by comparing with other band I kept GIM Calo. After months practice I feel it's really great for the elasticity and firmness. When I need one more it had been unavailable, I bought another brand but not meet my requirement, and now GIM Calo came back, I am happy to buy it and recommend it to everybody, it's really worth of money and save your time to search on internet.

Resistance bands have come a long way since I was a kid. It used to be like an old warn-out bungee cord. These are wonderfully versatile and stackable. Perfect during a pandemic while gyms are closed and easy to carry with you to a park. Look online for videos ( especially one with a movie boxer celebrity introducing band exercises) you'll be surprised at how versatile bands are. One guy in a video says doesn't matter if they are tubed or flat bands as long as you got the resistance and build on that. I also use these with glute bands. I find these to be no problem if I have both handles in hand working one side at a time or in each hand for working both sides especially shoulders. This comes with two handles that are different lengths which is great if you want to social distance exercising with a friend in the park. It's also handy for different exercises and perhaps more comfortable for two people at different heights. The first thing I looked at was the stitching, looked great. You should always check before using and look at the tubes to make sure there are no cracks or anything. I use mine in an apartment with a flat rug and I've used it outdoors at a park on grass. I suggest not doing it while it's extreme temperatures or moist. Maybe a yoga mat might be found. I don't think you would want to rub the tubes on concrete or have moisture with the stitching. Overall I think it's well made and I'm achieving my exercise goal with them. I highly recommend it.
