I had ordered a large carafe for an event and just needed something to hold hot liquid for a couple of hours. I was surprised at how well this works- works as advertised, functions beautifully, the dispenser mechanism worked without a hitch. High score for how well it pours. I think my favorite part is how easy it was to open and close the lid, those press buttons on the side work great! Temperature of liquid stayed hot for several hours, I have gone for 10+ hours with no change. Size holds 8 cups which goes for 10-13 cups of regular coffee cups. Best value for price -I wish it came in more sizes - I need something that works this well for a smaller 27 or 36 oz size. Did I mention how beautiful that color is - stole the show at our event!!

I started with just the carafe. It looks good and keeps the tea hot when traveling. As someone with arthritic hands, the carafe is well balanced and a lot easier to hold open when pouring than those with the normal lid design. I was so impressed I bought a matching mug. This too performs well and is a nice, well balanced shape and size. Lids to both the carafe and mugs can be taken apart for washing which is a big plus as most can’t. If you don’t need the travel lid, the mug edges are nicely rounded for drinking without the lids and the liquid will maintain the temperature better than a regular mug. Liked these so much bought three more in different colors for when we have guests.

The product was great!!! It kept the hot water piping hot for ages, was extremely impressed as I drink gallons of tea and always end up re boiling the kettle at least twice.Sadly when filling it up one morning I noticed that some of the inner coating had started to peal off.with no visible damage to the exterior this must be one that got by quality control.

Vine a editar mi reseña para bajarlo de 3 a 1 estrella. Sinceramente voy a vender esta jarra. La tapa es ridículamente antihigienica. La jarra cumple bien su función y mantiene bastante bien los líquidos calientes por varias horas. El diseño es bonito y atractivo, pero en definitiva la tapa es una monserga de limpiar, tiene 3 empaques de plástico removibles qué no hay que perder y es super difícil de limpiar a profundidad. De igual forma hay que estar poniendo la tapa al sol o agitarla mucho porque de lo contrario puede pasar muchas horas húmeda por dentro y no se seca. La uso seguido pero definitivamente no la volvería a comprar, ni esta misma jarra ni ninguna con ese tipo de diseño tan complicado en la tapa, creo que la opción de tener un botón para poder vertir los líquidos no vale la pena toda la complejidad del mecanismo y lo difícil que hace su limpieza y secado
