My favorite tactical pant is by VertX, the Recon and this almost rivals it, with a few shortcomings but for a price that’s half as much, it’s worth it.I wish it had a button or something for the waist because it only fastens via Velcro which I know will eventually wear out but if you have a belt it’s not a big deal. Also wish it had a pen holder near the back and the pant legs should have been more relaxed fit instead of tapered otherwise there was no point in the velcro parts to tighten it. The side main pockets are really high, if they were lower, it’d been better. The included knee pads were a great touch and how it’s installed and hidden is great. They’re a little stiff when walking but with breaking in, it’ll be great. Solid amount of pockets overall which I love too. The stitching and overall construction looks to be well made, should last a good amount of time. Overall I’m very impressed with these pants and currently use them for work.

These have been my masonry work pants for a few months. Use them daily.Tons of pocket space.Comfy and fashionable.I was hoping they'd be stretchier: I have to pull the pant legs up to step up high 🦵🏻I never wear the knee pads: I don't have the patience to keep taking them out and putting them back in.

Upon initial inspection, it appears that the pair I received was worn/returned at some point. There was a long human hair stuck in one of the knee pad slots, a stain on the right leg (pictured), a missing bungee on the left knee pad height adjuster (pictured), and belt wear on the top of the fly, where the top of a belt buckle would rub against (pictured).I cannot attest to the longevity, BUT...based upon the fact that there's random, loose stitching in a lot of places pictured), I would assume it's not going to be a great outcome. I would not recommend these to anyone doing anything serious. I understand why they were returned. I will be doing the same.Overall...cheap mistake. If you're just going for the "look" and want to get some high speed pictures...these will probably be fine for you.

I take a 30x32 Buffalo Jean from Costco. 32x32 in these fit fine although I find the knee pads ride too high on the leg and are very hard to get into the pockets. They are long enough but not as long as my usual jeans. Quality seems to be great. Nice and light.
