I was thinking that since it was a children's size hat it would be like a topper. Turns out it fits my head perfectly. (I have a small head and I have to tighten down my workcap to the last 2 holes.)

The first hat arrived damaged with the brim Unraveling and separated from the part that fits on the head. The second one arrived with dents on the head that could not be worked out (see pictures). Ordering a third and hoping for the best.It fits my toddlers small head and looks nice from a distance- I wouldn’t say it’s well made..there are issues. Most noticeably the dried glue around the ribbon and bow but willing to overlook b/c I can’t find anything else in this style that will fit her. I will update review after I receive the third hat but frustrated with the lack of quality control from this seller.

Liked the simplicity of the hat and that it has an elastic to keep the hat on in the wind. I ordered two hats and one was very squished from how it was packaged and had a big dent in the top. It makes the hat look kind of cool and funky but if that's not the look you want...….. the second one came without an noticeable dents or wrinkles.
