Constant trouble. Repeatedly said unlocked but did not unlock. Auto unlock works 20% of the time even though Wi-Fi and Bluetooth were very close and very strong. Support was prompt but not very helpful. Obviously reading from a script would’ve been great if it worked very high-quality materials, it seems like But having to connect to their servers every time you used it maybe because I’m coming from Japan I don’t know where their servers are, but it was constant trouble would not recommend.I’m editing this review to say that I returned the bridge and got the lock back. They would not give me a refund so I’m using the lock only and without the bridge. The lock works as expected. It is the bridge that did not work.

Great lock. It works really well and makes my life so much easier.I only have 4 stars instead of 5 as, when I read the description and decided to buy it, I thought that I could open the lock and set codes remotely. It turns out to not be the case. You have to be standing with the lock to control it, which is a shame.

I ordered this lock for an outside ski locker. The locker gets a fair amount of roof drip and ice buildup. I have been through 2 cheaper combination locks which have either frozen up or eventually (over a few months) rusted and became inoperable. This is a robust, well sealed lock that has easily shrugged off the weather, melting ice, deep freeze and challenging weather conditions. It is quite a chunky lock but I think that supports its quality. It does require an app for setup, painful but worth it for a strong device.I initially set the lock up in a bit of a rush and didn’t write down passwords and codes as I usually do. When I returned in a few months, my aging memory got the best of me. However, the support I received from the manufacturer was excellent and the lock was up and running again in a reasonable amount of time!This is an excellent lock, operates well, battery life has been good so far even in below freezing temps. It is pricey, so you could probably go through a number of cheaper locks for the cost of this one. I am very pleased with the quality however and this lock has survived where others failed dismally.

Ich hatte die Version 1. Da dieser schon etwas älter ist, habe ich neuere Modelle gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden! Funktioniert einwandfrei!

I got this because I have a shared space with many others. I did research this before getting it and I saw soem bad reviews on the app, I think the app works great. The lock works perfectly and feels like it is bullet proof.If I had to complain about anything, it's kind of pricing but you do get what you pay for.
