No hay artículos en el carroIn the late Sixties and early Seventies, East Of Eden were one of the hardest working bands in the country, but countless personnel changes and a curious hit single obliterated the original purpose of the band. Yet when they started out, they were at the forefront of experimental and progressive music of the era. Since then, they have largely been overshadowed by the million-seller names such as King Crimson, The Nice and Yes, and their uncharacteristic hit 'Jig-a-Jig' only served to damage their artistic credibility and intent. East Of Eden found their niche with electric violin, blues guitar, saxophone and an underlying jazz instinct coupled with a generous degree of psychedelic menace. They managed to record two albums in their 1969/70 heyday, but their radio sessions from the period remain more elusive. London Calling proudly presents three rare UK performances from sessions recorded for BBC radio and John Peel in April, August and September 1970. Superb, professionally remastered original broadcasts with full colour booklet including background liners and timeline photos. A thrilling opportunity to hear the real British progressive underground in action!

J'aime beaucoup le prog, je connaissais peu le groupe, alors j'ai acheté ce live, techniquement très bon, bon enregistrement on se croirait en 70, bon son, mais... Mais je comprends pourquoi Ca ne sera toujours qu' un groupe de seconds couteaux..pourtant j aime les groupes a violon, mais il manque un net sens de génie dans les compositions, en plus le violon est trop omniprésent par rapport aux autres instruments. Dommage, cela aurait pu être très bien, la c'est à peine agréable . Fans de Genesis, Pink Floyd, yes, çrimson...continuez à écouter ces groupes.

Groupe des années 70 ..... j'ai eu la chance de les voir au festival d' amougie en 69 !!!Très bon concert !!!! Enregistrement de l'époque !!!! Bien !!!!Procurez vous les cds "mercator projected " et "snafu " MUST !!!!
