I bought the .3mm size for cutting small Selenite geodes and other mineral work and the diamond platting does not last for more than 10-15 pulls on the saw. Selenite is a VERY soft Gypsum based mineral and should cut very easily with diamond blades. I used up an entire 3 Foot/1 Meter spool and only made a 3mm cut on a 1in diameter geode. Thats with rotating the blade to use up all the diamond plating. The thicker blades from this company might last longer and work better. I tried the blade on glass, aluminum, and quartz and it did even worse. This size certainly will NOT work on Jade, which was going to be my next project.

If you maintain proper tension, it will do its thing pretty well. Wont work in a rope/chain-over-branch type application as it will break where the constant wire movement is happening.

Están hermosos los tenis, de excelente calidad y llegaron rapidísimo. De hecho compré unos para mi hija y otros para mí porque están muy lindos.

Even using the coping saw that is designed for these types of wires, I failed to cut any material, clay, stone, marble, opal.. the diamond grit seems to dig right through but this thin of wire and the type of metal used just kept snapping., Try to bend it, once, twice, breaks.I have ordered the thicker wire, hopefully I can get some material cut...
