Gauge reads accurately. There is absolutely no software smoothing to the needle movement. So it jumps around constantly. Visually movement is very annoying. is very annoying.But for the price. it works.

The guage worked fine for about 30 minutes. Then quit. Light comes on but nothing else happens. Check wiring and power. All seems to be fine, but guage no longer responds. Could be guage or sender.

Gauge appears to work very well and tracks up and down within about 1 psi of the mechanical gauge. I am willing to say the discrepancy could be in the mechanical gauge as well as the electronic one. Pictures of gauge pod show the gauge in action measuring the fuel pressure of my 6.0l Ford diesel. The gauge is a bit pricey but if it continues to work as it does now, I have no complaints. The sender is screwed into the port on the aftermarket anodized aluminum fuel filter cap I purchased on Ebay some time ago. I did modify from the picture by adding a 45 degree elbow between the filter cap and the sender. I was unsure how much thread interface I had as when I first installed it, as in the picture, the sender body touched the cap before it was significantly snug. I extended this with a fitting so I could get a feel for how everything came together.This is the BEST gauge I have purchased so far and I have tried a few with less than stellar results in reliability or accuracy.I most definitely did not want a 60psi fuel capillary in the cab as if it was to fail it would be a significant mess.The only complaint I have is, as the picture shows, the black wire (ground) was NOT secure in the connector and I had to repair it. I soldered all three of the connectors to the wires and re-installed them back into the plug to ensure there would not be a failure of this again.The sending unit has a 1/8" male NPT fitting and NOT an M10x1.0 as is described in the question section of the gauge. This makes the gauge a LOT more versatile and usable.So far I recommend this gauge.
