The smaller binder size is great for keeping notes for different classes separate. My only complaint is how they were shipped. They are stacked with the rings on opposite sides, leaving indents in two of the folder's front pockets.

These are great little three-ring binders for first graders with daily binders that come home. The colors are bright and vibrant, and the storage capacity isn’t the most significant because they are only 1-inch storage. The durability seems to hold up to my first grader and officer team for my 4H club value, and I’ve been happy for the money!

I have really loved having these to take around to doctors appointments. They aren't as heavy as a notebook or as bulky as a regular binder, and the flexible fold-around back with the pen clip is super convenient for notetaking and filling out forms when you don't have a table (which is pretty much always). I have 30 sheet protectors for storing reference materials, a three ring plastic folder for action items, 4 sheets of business card holders for contact and appointment cards, and a small sheaf of college-ruled for taking notes in mine.They have helped me keep all the documents, referral slips, medical instructions, billing and appointment info together and organized so that I can quickly get anything I need and not lose anything. This has been a huge relief since I am accompanying another person to their appointments and so am not as familiar with everything as I am with my own information.The only downside to these is the small capacity means I have to be really diligent about pruning what I am carrying with me, and filing what I take out, so I do wish that these could be 50-100% larger. Other than that they are a really well designed all-in-one binder/clipboard combination, great for people on the go who want to travel light.One last note: about the pen clip- it fits my Uniball, Tul, and promotional pens, but my G2s and Pentel pens are too wide in the clip to sit securely, so I need to see about widening the insert since the latter are my favorites. Something to consider.

their nice and durable with beautiful colors they only negative are the clips are hard to open and i ripped my finger trying
