My wife really likes it for her hair and skin. I change the filters every few months. For the people with leak issues I will say Do NOT over tighten any of the parts. Just a good hand tightening is good enough and you wont break the casing or have drips or leaks. Only thing bad I can say is the filters are a bit expensive.

I'm happy with the filters. It's a commitment buying new ones as they last only 8 weeks.

I don't know if its the watter but I see no difference at all. I have been using it for more than one year (changing filters almost 6 times per year)

The unit is easy to install, and I really like that the chrome is metal and not plastic — it feels high quality. Unfortunately, I just installed this unit and it is leaking (spraying) from the union joint where the nut meets the filter assembly as shown in the photo. The nut spins freely and there seems to be no way to tighten it to the filter assembly. I’ve contacted the company to see if my unit is defective — will update my review when I hear back.Update: The company got back to me on the same day and informed me that my filter is installed backwards. Since my Kohler shower head is non-standard, it seems I will need special fittings to install the filter properly. I’m increasing to three stars for the prompt customer service. Will update again after I visit the plumbing supply store.Update #2: The plumbing supply store did not sell any adapters that would work for my non-standard shower head, so I tried installing it on another shower in my house (photo attached). It took only 5 minutes. There are no leaks, the water pressure is great so far, and my eczema seems to be improving since I started using it. In sum, the problem was with my non-standard shower head, not this filter. I’m increasing my rating to 5 stars.

I had some issues at first with low water pressure after not long (As shown in my question asked a couple months ago in the Q&A section for this listing), but the seller Susan responded right away to my issue and I received their new high flow filters which solved my issue. I can't verify if they include the high flows in this listing since they look the same as the regular ones that I got in this kit, but regardless, the company has great customer service and will try resolve your issue if you end up losing water pressure. Do not let the other 1 star reviews keep you from buying this great system. They're so quick to 1 star and yell instead of seeing what can be done first. The device itself may look odd but trust me, it does the job well. Modern NON-Vitamin C filters cannot filter out the new way they add chlorine or that other chlorine-like chemical (I forgot what it's called) to your water. I can definitely notice a difference in water quality. The water feels somewhat softer, and if you have a newish Vita C filter in there you can kind of pick up an super light orange scent in the water too. Hair is way softer now and skin feels great and best of all no more nasty reddish reside around the drain that builds up after a while, like before I got this. So, I can tell for sure it works. Prior I've used those single "7 stage" cylinder shaped filters that are on here and even they didn't stop the residue and you can't tell at all those work. With this filter I can! Easily worth the cost for what it does. Your body is not meant to absorb all that chlorine they put in it to clean it! Plus whatever else is lurking in your pipes. Yuck! I'll never shower without a filter anymore.
