I was really excited about this pan at first, as the look of it is very sleek and it looks and feels like it would cook things really well. I have only used it a couple of times now and had 2 different experiences. The first thing I cooked stuck to the pan pretty badly but the second time I used it everything cooked really nice and did not stick at all. So, I would just be mindful of what you're cooking on it. Another plus is that although the food stuck the first time, it was super easy to clean off, not much scrubbing needed once I let it soak a bit. It also got hot pretty quick both times, which was super nice!

The build and materials of the 10-inch Tri-Ply Stainless Pan and Lid are quality. What I would describe as substantial.Lid:The handle matches the two on the pan. The pans are attached with rivets while the lids handle uses a quality screw and nice acorn nut. The glass is thick with a one piece rim and no seam. The fit is perfect, not too snug or tight. The pan:Thick and very flat bottom. The flat surface is perfect for a 7 inch burner but the heat transfer is very good so smaller is fine and the overall size will accommodate larger burners but be aware of the low metal handles if heat is radiating right below them with a large burner and use mitts or heat protection around stove tops where common sense applies.I use a glass top with no harm from the bottom surface of this pan. I do take exception with the product page calling the finish "highly polished cooking surface", it's not. The photo I attached shows it's on par with a #4 stainless finish which is brushed or satin and far from stainless that is high polished and also called a mirror finish or #8. It's not rough but following closely the manufacturers included instructions to avoid sticking and when cleaning. In close, it's a very good pan. I would prefer high polished but I understand it's typically more expensive to obtain this finish and I am good with the savings. Overall, I am pleased. Its durable and should last many years.
