I haven't specialized this pan yet. That is, I have tried to use it in as many general ways as possible. I'm impressed!The first thing I noticed was how quickly it heats up, the amount of heat conductivity it offers. It boiled water in about 2/3's the time it usually takes me. I remember being surprised when I saw the water suddenly boiling.I did use it to reheat a Penne dish. It did not stick but the penne was in a sauce, and I was using a spatula to stir it reguarly. But the point is I did not have to fight the pan.Our cookware and utensils in the kitchen are all tools. The tools had better work, or the get used for other than cooking chores. This pan performs well enough that I find myself grabbing it more and more. For me, that's a huge affirmation that the pan is good and I made a great choice.I have written other reviews of cookware and bemoaned that those items came unassembled. This pan was fully assembled (the handle is riveted as it should be), and comes with a nice, heavy, clear glass lid. It's an impressive kitchen tool.

Solid construction with HD rivets. Sloped sides for the ease of removing cooked food.Made a 3 egg omelet with cheese to perfection ... without sticking.Pro-tip ...Preheat first then turn down heat. Lite oil or butter. You won't be disappointed!

This is a nice looking and nice size pan, however, it did scratch more easily than we expected. We have a variety of pans and was disappointed that this one did seem to scratch easier than others. It's easy to clean. It's nice that it can also go in the dishwasher. The lid is also a nice touch.

good pan, scratches very easy. Easy to clean and distributes heat pretty well.
