Everyone should have an instant hot water dispenser!!I had a different one, but it was leaking and needed to be replaced.I love this one because now the water doesn't hit the counter because the spout is so far back. That's the contractor's fault but this made it work! Now before you judge me, I will be replacing the water spout to match the brushed nickel! hahah

Not much to say other than this is fantastic! Instant very hot water. The only downside is the smallish reservoir. Too bad it wasn't double the size.

As other reviewers have mentioned, while this faucet is a well-built and beautiful, it is certainly overpriced when compared to the other offerings. Always try to get a "Used" model as most are returned for fitment or the original buyer getting the wrong item. The "Used" item I received was brand new but in damaged packing so well worth the $100 discount. It's no wonder InSinkErator can charge nearly 4x the price for this faucet over their other models since it's easily the best looking and most likely matches the fixtures of newer homes. When I can purchase a HOT150 kit with tank and faucet for $200 but the tank by itself costs $300, it's obvious the company knows what items sell and how to extract the most money from buyers. The install is fairly straight forward and, so long as you have the correct size hole in your countertop, it's a 30 minute job. The instructions that came with the faucet specified 1-3/8 to 1-1/2 inch hole. After installing this on a 1-1/2 inch hole I would recommend the smaller 1-3/8 as the rubber O-ring seal would fit much better although the tubing fitment would be much tighter.Speaking of tight, there is only one simple nut that needs to be tightened to secure the fixture. I recommend that you ensure there is enough space around the nut WITH the included wrench on top of it before inserting the faucet through your countertop. I found out the hard way that as I tightened the nut it rubbed on the rubber hose next to it. Had I adjusted the connections out of the way first to allow for more clearance around the nut the install would've been faster. So, test fit the wrench on the nut with it tightened up about halfway.I do love the heft and fit-and-finish of this faucet. It definitely feels substantial and like it would last for years. I purchased the Satin Nickel finish as it is very close to the Moen "Touchless" finish making for a relatively seamless install in my kitchen. The faucet head swivels freely but will stay where you point it. It also has locking safety handle that must be pushed downward before it's able to be rotated to the On position and is spring loaded preventing it from staying open without someone operating it.All in all this is really the faucet they should be selling in their kits and at a much lower price point considering the price of the other kits.

I bought this to replace another faucet because I remodeled my kitchen. It does the same thing as less expensive faucets, and you are paying primarily for the appearance. The appearance is nice, and the only complaint is that it doesn't go as well with a stainless steel main faucet as I expected. I wouldn't normally complain in a review about something having a nickel finish when it claims to have one, but InSinkErator had a guide that mentioned which of these faucets match other things, and this was listed as compatible with a SS faucet.Functionally, it has a few down sides compared to my previous faucet. When I let go of the handle, the flow doesn't stop instantly. It's not something that's hard to get used to but you do have to stop slightly before you have the amount of water you want. The other is that with the position of the lever, even with the faucet mounted an appropriate distance from my sink, the handle goes all the way to the backsplash. That's not an issue just with my kitchen and can be seen in the photos that accompany the product listing. I installed mine at a very slight angle to give a fraction more clearance. I could have had my countertop fabricator bore a slightly larger hole so I could shift it forward by a fraction of an inch, but it wasn't worth the effort. Had the instructions given a warning, I might have made a slight change. If you have this mounted on an island, that won't be an issue. You may also want to check , which is essentially the same faucet but with cold water. A week before I wrote this review it was only three dollars more than the hot water only model, and as I write this review, it's almost fifty dollars cheaper. If you can get more for about the same price or less, it could be a better deal.Update: After two years, the handle stopped retracting completely, but there's a 5 year warranty and ISE has top quality warranty service. Getting it replaced was easy, labor included.
