Unlike others, I had no problems using this to convert a paintball tank to CGA320 which was then used to refill sodastream cylinders (yes, I have a paintball-to-sodastream adapter, this is just so that I can refill the sodastream tanks to keep as emergency cylinders for when I use up the last paintball tank).Give it a few wraps of teflon tape on the CGA320 threads for good measure, a little bit of a wrench ("click!"), and it fits very well into the sodastream refill kit. It'll stay permanently attached to my refill kit, so no comments on the o-ring longevity or repeatability of fit... but it does exactly what I need with no leakage.

I needed a back up for my regular co2 tank that I use for homebrewing. I didnt realize I needed an o ring, but the teflon tape has been ok. I put a lot on!

Works perfectly for connecting a paintball tank to a cga 320 regulator (aka co2 reg) do not use teflon tape! Use either a nylon washer or fiber washer

Me gustó mucho, ajusta perfectamente con el tanque que estoy usando, es ligero pero muy resistente, es un producto increible.

Ordered this to adapt a to a . There is a small hole in the side of this "adaptor" that will never be covered due to being located at the end of the internal threads. With the paintball canister screwed in all the way, the hole lets the CO2 out of the canister. I tried a O-ring, then a home-made flat ring from a thin sheet of silicone rubber. The O-ring was too thick, and the canister didn't go down far enough to depress the release pin. The flat ring didn't stop the leak. I'm not really sure why they claim this will work. I'm going to try to fill that hole with epoxy and drill a new one further up into the threads where it will be sealed, and also use teflon pipe tape to seal the threads. Based on my experience so far I expect to end up in the emergency room before this is done.Edit Next Day: OK. I've cooled off a bit. I sealed the bleed-off hole in the adaptor. After that the remaining minor leakage was fixed by using teflon thread seal tape on both ends of the adaptor. Everything seems to be doing fine. I cannot advise you to modify this yourself due to the obvious liability issues. High pressure pneumatics can be very dangerous. The hole I plugged (I believe) is intended to allow back pressure from the system to bleed off while you are unscrewing the tank from the adaptor (to refill it for example). The pressure must be released before the unscrewing reaches the end of the threads, or that pressure may cause an overly energetic separation (break your bones). Be careful, but also be advised that the adaptor that was delivered to me IS NOT compatible (as is) with the Empire tank. OK?

Unfortunately my unit's pressure relief valve is not drilled close to the bottom like that pictured. My relief hole is right next to the inside seat where the tank seals. When screwing in the tank, the tank valve is opened before the relief hole is sealed, thereby making it impossible to fully seat the tank. I blew the contents of a 12 oz tank trying it for the first time and YES, I DID put the adapter onto the regulator before screwing the tank into the adapter. I've submitted a return request to Interstate Pneumatics. Hopefully they will honor it and replace with a good unit, and this post will warn others before they fix their manufacturing process.UPDATE (4/3/2015): In a better late than never story, the vendor contact me and acknowledged some previous manufacturing defects. They are shipping out a new unit. I will submit another update upon receiving and confirming the functionality.UPDATE (4/10/2015): The new unit arrived and it works perfectly. Kudos to Interstate Pneumatics for making good on the original defective unit.
