Great little tool. Helps charge my laptop. I haven't it for emergency but have not been in a pinch to use it. Seems to function well though.

I haven't used it yet, as I bought it to run a CPAP machine in the event of a power outage. Looks well enough made

First off, let me note that this product is very affordable and does exactly what it is supposed to do. For that reason I give products five stars: The do what they're supposed to and they're competitively priced.In my case, I bought two of these as a tactical quick-and-dirty power source. Here in SCAL the power was cut repeatedly during the high winds and wildfires, usually for 2+ days at a time. Being new to this house I was caught flat-footed without a way to generate power or cash on-hand to purchase a generator.In a pinch I ordered these to provide nominal power to a lamp and cell phone booster. I have a dozen DeWalt 20v high capacity batteries so it seemed like a good idea.I was surprised at how short-lived these power sources are, only about three hours for a 6 watt lamp, and I mention this as a courtesy to anyone curious about this use case and NOT as criticism of this product. This product does what it is supposed to, and the limited capacity of the battery and my attempted application of it as a power source are not tied to this product in any way.But it does speak to the usefulness of this product or any product that works as an inverter for a DeWalt battery. I'd say these are made for pretty light use, e.g., running a radio, charging cell phones, etc., and not anything with higher power demands.

Works good used it for a bday party to keep a small crock pot going. Had it on a 9amp Dewalt battery lasted the whole day and only wasted one bar.
