Have long thought about buying a luggage rack to keep suitcases off the bed and finally selected this one. Have not bought one previously as they always seem to be too cheaply made, or very expensive. This one is pretty much where I needed it to be. It is sturdy and made well enough, and the cost wasn't crazy. A few points, first, one of the rubber bumpers on the metal rack fell off right away (I can glue it in) and as long as I keep it away from a wall, it won't be a problem anyway. Also, I have big 24" and 26" luggage pieces I'm using it with (not the 20" carry on size roller boards, the bigger stuff you must check); and for these, the 'support bar' is really in the way of the luggage sitting squarely in the middle. Makes you a little concerned it will fall off. In reality, the luggage stays put even though hanging over a bit ore than is ideal, and especially as you start to weigh it down when packing. The 'support' doesn't really provide a lot of support to the open luggage flap as it isn't high enough for these really big bags, so really it needs to be near a wall so the luggage flap leans against that--I would have ordered the one without the support but it was not available in time for my trip. For a smaller carry on style bag, I think the support would be just fine, and the bag not hanging over the edge, but I haven't tried it that way yet--so if you only ever use a carry on sized bag, then this should be great for you. So overall, I am giving it 5 stars with the caveat on the two items I cover above related to size. If you can live with that--and I've decided that I can,--then it is a solid rack and a good value (quality vs. price) as of the date of my purchase.

we have one of these in each guest room at our lake house. It was easy to put together, great value to buy the 4 pack for us. They are sturdy, perfect size, and work great. our guests love the extra place to out their suitcase. Very sturdy we put large suitcases on them all the time.

I was looking for something to use in each of my guest rooms that would hold up and not fall apart like most cheap overseas made junk does anymore. Iris is a brand I know from storage containers and it didn’t steer me wrong in this purchase either. Stands are sturdy, good size and feel like good quality tube metal. Very satisfied with spending slightly more on these as I expect it to hold up much better in the long run. Zero assembly required, just unbox and unfold. They’re easy to fold and store and also make great blanket stands while awaiting guests.

I use these in my vacation rental and they are a great feature. Nice to keep suitcases off the floor or bed (and room to store other things like shoes under the rack) and they protect the walls from zippers and suitcase tops hitting them.
