I am a huge fan of this fan.Why?It gives you the option to move air in a room without giving up floorspace, nor risking a fan being tipped over.By placing this fan up on a wall, you get a much more seamless experience from it.There is no need to take it down or put it up according to the seasons.It is always there when you need it.I also like how quiet this is and the versatility of having control over intensity, oscillation, tilt, programs, and a timer.The fact that you can control the fan via remote or manually on the body of the fan makes it even more user friendly.In terms of design and function I can only say very positive things about wall mounted fan.The only thing you need to keep in mind before you commit to it is that this does have to be mounted to a wall and it has to be installed properly.You get the hardware you need for installation, including a two part steel mount, which allows you to slide the fan off and on your wall for cleaning purposes.The metal mounting plate you attach to the wall will be subject to a lot of steady vibration, so the installation needs to reflect that.The other thing to keep in mind is the power supply.I love that this is a plug in fan and that the cord is nice and long, but you still have to commit to a location on your wall that provides access to an electrical outlet.Based on my experience with this fan, I absolutely believe it is worth the extra effort of installation to have one.This moves the air in my bedroom just the way I want it to.I am thrilled with how easy it is to use, how unobtrusive it is in the room, and the fact that I never need to worry about tripping over it.If you are tired of giving up floorspace and/or counterspace to fans, but still want one to move the air, this wall mounted version is an excellent one to invest in.

This fan is very effective at circulating air throughout a small room. I have never seen a similar design before. It's pretty innovative. The fan mount rotates 360 degrees, stops, and reverses to go 360 degrees in the opposite direction - ad infinitum. The fan is at a 45-degree angle relative to the rotation axis when the wall mount is in its most upright position, so when it rotates around it traces out a large cone, pushing air away from the wall and to the left, right, up and down as it moves. If you tilt the wall mount, you can change the range of angles the air blows to straight away from the wall, straight down, or somewhere in between.The fan can be set to oscillate or can be locked in one direction. The included remote is pretty handy and can change all the settings accessible from the fan itself, including the oscillation and speed. At the lowest speed, the fan is very quiet - almost unnoticeable in a room with a computer fan going. At higher speeds, the noise gets louder, but it's never terribly noisy.The mounting bracket is pretty smart. You just screw a metal plate to the wall and hang the fan assembly on the flat "hooks" that stick out from that plate. Very simple.Overall, this fan pushes lots of air in a huge variety of directions and patterns, and the wall mount is much better than having a stand-up fan occupying floor space. Add the remote control, and this is an excellent option to circulate air in a small to medium room.

this fan does a really good job supporting air flow and works surprisingly well for cooling as well. i think it's small relative to how effective it is, but i wouldn't necessarily consider it a "small" fan because of how bulky the base is. i think it's nice this can be wall-mounted and i think that helps with the effectiveness in some ways, but i also think it's just too bulky to be advertised as a "small fan" because it's not nearly as compact as i would have expected based on that description. i like the various settings although i find them a little confusing especially with how they're labeled. i wish the remote control was sensitive from further away - i have to be within maybe 5 feet of the fan to use the remote and think it would be more convenient if the range was 10-20 feet because the fan can reach that far. overall this has been a life saver for me surviving in texas heat without a ceiling fan (and trying to save on AC costs) - it also helps with air flow for my houseplants, preventing mold. BUT i think some small improvements to the product would be welcome.

I ordered this IRIS USA WOOZOO Wall Fan with Remote in the (WHITE, 360 WALLMOUNT FAN) for my houseboat... and I'm SO GLAD I DID!!! Our houseboat is 14' wide by 50' long... and we only have a small "wall shaker" air conditioning unit that is pretty noisy. I can't sleep without air blowing on me... But, when it is borderline hot weather outside and I don't need the AC, I want a fan. This one is the PERFECT choice!!!Here's what I like about it:•Very easy for my husband to install, took him less than 20 minutes•Doesn't take up a bunch of space in the small main bedroom of our houseboat•Is fully adjustable-- speeds, modes and tilt included•Works better than any other fan I have tried•Instructions are very easy to follow•The fan is incredibly powerful•The display brightness can be adjusted•The remote makes it SO CONVENIENT!!!The reach on this fan and the comfort it provides me is definitely worth the $70 price tag-- and more!!! I would recommend this fan to anyone who owns an RV, a college student in a dorm room, or someone who just wants to feel the air on them at night. IT IS AWESOME!!!

This fan is super-quiet!It does push a lot of air, and with proper placement, could easily keep the air moving in a large room. I'll be installing it in a garage workshop of 200 square feet, and I can feel the air moving throughout the shop.The mounting plate is very easy to install on the wall, and the fan easily (and very securely) slips onto that mounting plate without having to jiggle it around searching for the right place to place it. The only change I would like to see on the mounting plate is the spacing of the holes -- they are exactly 2 inches apart, which means they both will not go into the same stud in the wall. However, since the fan is relatively light, it really does not need two screws side-by-side -- one across will be enough because there are two holes at the top and two holes at the bottom, so I will be mounting mine utilizing one of each.The other item that would be nice to have control of is the sweep angle. The fan either stands still, or sweeps all the way around the full 360-degree arc. So if I am working on one side of the room only, half the time it will be sweeping the other half of the room You can't set it, for instance, to just sweep through a 90-degree arc.It does have lots of other features, like a remote control, and a timer that you can set for 7 different times 1 hour, 2 hours, etcetera all the way up to 7 hours in one hour increments. Also, multiple speeds, and a "pulse" mode where it speeds up and slows down on its own, which I will probably not use, but may be of interest to you.Despite the two areas where it could be improved, I'm still giving it a full 5-star rating, simply because it does move so much air -- and it does it so *quietly*!!
