Updating my review from yesterday. My bike is fully assembled now. This bike is simply lovely, in every regard. In person it looks better than the photos, online. Its well built and sturdy. Leather hand grip covers look and feel pretty fine. Assembly was straight forward and easy (if you read the instructions) The only glitch with assembly, was, the keys to the battery were attached to the handle bar, and the handle bar was wrapped in white plastic-foam packing paper. Therefore the keys were hidden from view. I thought they were missing, as I was just sorting the pieces, to make sure we had them all. The instructions said they would be in the bag with the tools.( hence missing) It was a joyful moment when we found the keys! I reached out to customer service and they got back to me today. I actually think the handle bar is a better place to attach the keys, because if the bag goes missing you lose everything. Attached to the handle bar, its not going anywhere. Really great customer service.

I love this bike! It has been perfect for rising alongside my energetic children. Better even than the bike is the customer service!!!! They are quick to respond to emails and quick to provide solutions. They truly go above and beyond!

Van dos meses que la compré y prácticamente un mes sin ocuparla por las vacaciones decembrinas y el motor no jala, por más que intento ocupar la asistencia. Puede ser que haya tenido mala suerte con el modelo.

This bike took about 2 hrs to put together with minimal cursing. I did watch a YouTube video to help me understand the directions. Pretty good battery. I like the curved handlebars. The back rack is perfect. The seat is quite uncomfortable so I ended up swapping this one for my old saddle style one.

Estaba muy contenta porque mi bicicleta llegó antes de la fecha programada, pero la sorpresa fue que no venían los espejos de regalo. Los solicité varias veces y sólo obtenía respuesta de un bot que decía vaguedades. Finalmente llegaron, casi tres semanas después. Lástima que el vendedor sea tan ineficiente, porque el producto es bueno y funciona muy bien.

I bought this bike for my wife & she loves it. We are 1st time electric bike riders so I bought an inexpensive bike in case she didn't enjoy the experience. This bike is well worth the $ & includes upgrades I didn't expect & didn't get with my bike.....chain guard, fenders, brake light etc. Overall this is a great bike for the beginner & is well worth the $.
