This battery gives you what you pay for. I was one of the unfortunate ones to get a defected battery. I clean my laptop every 3 months, and on my first cleaning secession with this new battery it fail on me. Everything was fine before cleaning but the battery did not work after cleaning. I tested my power cords and my laptop even power on with my old worn out battery, but did not work with this new battery anymore. I contact the providers and they told me to follow some reset options and nothing changed. Then they agree to send me a replacement, which arrived fast as they promised.

I have a Dell N5040, put it in when I received it to make sure it was compatible. It fit perfect, was 75% charged, holds a charge, was delivered on time. My Dell AC charger wouldn't charge it however I had ordered a new universal charger as well, hooked it up and it works perfectly. Great price too! Dell wanted $33 for a refurbished battery and didn't have a brand new one at all.
