ノイズリダクションについてはS社の物と比較して､劣る用に思います。元々の購入目的である会議用としては、最高に良いと感じてます。会議の場での確認でマイクの音質も良いとの評価です。また周囲の雑音も十分に遮断してくれて､大変満足しています。これまで使用しているプラントロニクスのVoyager Focusと比べても音質､ノイズキャンセルの性能が良いと思います。但し操作性は若干劣ると思います。それはFocusの方が直感的に操作出来ます。また､Evolve2がデザイン重視ということもありますが､マイクの上げ下ろし操作時の質感と安心感やミュートボタン操作性ではFocusに比べてはっきりと劣ります。結論としては､お勧めできる製品と思います。

I bought these headphones at the start of June and have been using them every weekday since then. I was nervous in buying them having read the reviews - a noticeable minority of the views were negative. Having used them since June I have given them a 5 star rating - basically they met all the objectives I had for them.Context:I have been working from home since Covid hit. I spend a lot of time running meetings. The headphones supplied by my employer were on-ear wired logitech headphones. For meetings I am either connected in via computer audio (Cisco Webex teams) or by my mobile phone.Objectives - the problems I was looking to solve:1. Looking for one set of headphones that could do both computer audio and mobile phone. Up to this I had one set of headphones connected into my computer (logitech) and a Bose QC25 headset connected to my mobile phone.2. Headphones that I could comfortably wear for a long period. The on-ear headset was painful to wear after an extended period.3. Freedom of movement - my current set was wired and the wire had become tangled making it even more restrictive. I had invested in a standup desk and wanted something that I could move around with while on a call.4. I wanted a wireless headset that could also operate wired in case the battery was low but I still needed to be able to run meetings.Results:The headset met all my objectives with some added bonuses.1. I have the usb (Usb-A) connector into my laptop (Surface Pro Windows 10). Really easy to set up and get connected even with the fact that I don't have administrator rights. The headset is connected via bluetooth to my mobile phone (iPhone 7). With the computer connection my headset works well with cisco webex teams _ i am able to answer a call by pressing the center button on the headset.2. Headphones are very comfortably even after long periods of wearing.3. I have been able to move away from my desk while on calls with the headset. I have even headed outside to collect a delivery while on a call. Great connection.4. Battery lasts a long time. On the occasion i forgot to charge it i was able to plug in the charging cable and use it. Really useful.Bonuses:1. The ability to mute by moving the microphone boom arm is really useful - especially when you are away from the desk / computer.2. It connects automatically to my mobile and computer when i turn the headset on. The voice lets you know how many devices are connected.Points to note:I did not install the software on to my work laptop - instead I installed it on my personal laptop. I use my personal laptop to install updates. I have used the headset with my personal mobile as well (Samsung Galaxy note 8) with no issues. So it has worked well with Android and IOS devices.I did not reference noise cancelling or sound quality. These are good but not great - not a match for the Bose QC for example. Noise cancelling at present is not an issue for me as I currently work in a quiet environment. When I go back to the office they will get a greater test in this area.All in all I would recommend this. Hope this review helps people decide what to do.

Ho preso queste cuffie per poter fare lunghe conference-call con Teams in un ufficio open-space. Prima di averle mi dovevo concentrare molto per non perdere le parole degli interlocutori, finendo con lo stancarmi moltissimo e facendomi venire il mal di testa. Con queste cuffie ho risolto totalmente il problema e anche gli interlocutori mi capiscono molto meglio.PRO:- ottima cancellazione del rumore. Un po' limitata sulle voci (come tutte le cuffie ANC) ma comunque valida- qualità di ascolto interlocutori ottima- qualità di ascolto musica eccezionale, sia con bluetooth che con cavo- cancellazione del rumore al microfono ottima con microfono abbassato, un po' meno efficacie con microfono alzato- durata della batteria eccezionale: una settimana di lavoro con una carica completa- leggere- non scaldano molto le orecchie- pulsanti facili da usare e intuitivi- aggiornamenti software efficaci e frequenti- connessione bluetooth istantanea e stabilissima, con un'ottima portata (più dei 10 metri classici). Non ho mai avuto bisogno di usare la chiavetta bluetooth inclusa.CONTRO:- qualità della voce catturata dal microfono un po' "telefonica" e non corposa come con altre cuffie- i LED rossi di indicazione di chiamata in corso non funzionano in automatico ne con Teams ne con Skype. Se li si vuole averli accesi, bisogna attivarli a mano- per riporla nella custodia bisogna sempre ripiegare entrambi i padiglioni piegando l'archetto in due punti di snodo a scatto. Mi chiedo quanti anni durerà il cavo che passa all'interno- l'astina del microfono è piuttosto e richiede un po' di attenzione per non urtarla con le mani. Comunque, se si lavora in un ambiente non troppo rumoroso, non è necessario abbassarla per avere una buona cattura della voce

Bonjour,Je me présente, Mylaric, et je vais essayer d'être le plus objectif et honnête sur mon expérience.Avant tout, je suis étonné des avis négatifs concernant la qualité du micro...Je l'ai pourtant utilisé à maintes reprises et je n'ai eu aucun retour au sujet de ma voix si elle était inaudible ou infecte à entendre (ou sinon ils n'ont pas osé...)Débutons par le contenu, alors dans la boite, nous retrouvons:- Le casque Jabra sans fil- Un câble USB-C / USB-A pour la recharge- Un câble jack 3,5mm pour le passer en filaire- L'adaptateur jack pour l'avion- Etui de transportBon, étant consultant dans le médical, je fais beaucoup de visio-conférence pour des formations via Teams, Zoom, Skype (sur PC) ou réunions via Teams ou appel (via smartphone IOS ou Android)J'ai donc utilisé ce casque pour ces différents cas, et sur différents supports qui sont PC (Windows et non Mac) et smartphone (IOS et Android) et sur smart TV pour le plaisir (Samsung)Avant de parler de la qualité du son et micro, déjà la synchro Bluetooth.Comme vous le doutez, aucun souci, la synchro se fait parfaitement et on peut le connecter sur 2 sources en même temps. D'ailleurs le casque vous l'annonce si vous êtes connecté sur une ou 2 sources. Puis il annonce son niveau de batterie (High, Low...).Et plutôt bonne qualité, dans une pièce de 80m², si je suis à l'autre bout de la pièce, je ne perds pas le signalEnsuite la qualité du son et de son ANC.Le son est très bon, mais attention, ce n'est pas un casque conçut pour écouter de la musique mais surtout pour tout de ce qui est "téléconseiller". Mais j'ai pris plaisir à regarder des films et séries avec.Quand à l'ANC, il est vraiment génial... Honnêtement, quand j'étais dans l'avion... j'étais dans ma bulle.Il est vraiment de bonne qualité et celui ci ne me fait pas comme un petit sifflement à l'oreille quand il est activé comme d'autre peuvent faire parfois.Pour le micro, j'ai vu beaucoup d'avis négatif, mais je n'ai pas rencontré ces problèmes... J'ai pourtant maintenu des formations de 6h et les participants ne se sont jamais plains de la qualité sonore ou bien qu'ils ne m'entendaient pas... De même lors de mes appels téléphoniques, que ce soit sur IPhone ou Huawei...Le micro est bon, et juste en le repliant, cela le passe automatiquement en mute.Le confort.... Aaaah cela est très important pour moi... J'ai beaucoup de casques audio et le problème principal est le confort au niveau des oreilles. J'en possède 2 qui au bout de 30min font mail aux oreilles... Donc impossible de les prendre lors de mes vols en avion.Par contre celui ci, aucun souci... Les coussins au niveau des oreilles sont parfait, du moins pour moi...Sans doutes les autres casque que j'ai sont très confortables pour d'autre personnes mais celui ci est bon pour moi.Son autonomie est convenable. 30 a 35heures à peu près en l'utilisant qu'avec le mode ANCSon prix... C'est peut être de ce qui peut faire hésiter beaucoup de monde car cela reste quand même élevé pour un casque.Mais pour les téléconseillers ou personnes étant au téléphone toute le journée, mettre le prix pour avoir le confort, cela vaut le coup.Au final, je suis très content de mon achat et il ne me quitte plus lors de mes déplacements ou visio.En espérant que mon retour a pu vous être utile.Cordialement,Mylaric

The sound quality is a s good as any other premium over-the-ear headphones. The best part: you just plug the USB, connect, and enjoy. Same with the phone. In less than 1 minute I was using all the features. When making a call, the microphone works perfectly. If you just need to listen to music, audiobooks, conferences, etc., you can just put the microphone back up and hide it in the headphone. When it's time to talk, you pull it down. The buttons are intuitive for turning the volume up, down, pausing, enabling/disabling active noise cancelling and most importantly, a well placed and intuitive mute button in the microphone!. Excellent product.
