I'm really loving this Travel, steamer, press iron. The box and packaging alone says, quality! As with anything, it takes a little getting used too. The more you use it the easier it gets. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this thing works? It heats up super quick! The steam is exceptionally powerful for its size and the panel is lighted and easy to read. The light will be red when heating up and turn green when ready. It also gets super hot! So be careful when using. Definitely use the mit included when steaming, I found it very helpful along with the tray you can use to set the hot iron down on when not in use. It also comes with instructions, small measuring cup and a soft velvet bag to store everything in. The cord comes with an attached velcro strap you can secure the cord with when done using. I used this on a shirt hem that was curled and bunched up. It only took a few seconds to flatten it out nice and straight. I love being able to steam and iron at the same time? It really gives amazing results. Now I can wash/dry those curtains and just hang them back up and use this to finish getting those last wrinkles and creases out. Because it's small and powerful, it does go through the water quickly but depending on what your steaming/ironing and how wrinkled it is, you should be able to get at least 1-2 shirts done before running out of water. Always use DISTILLED WATER! It will keep those minerals from building up on your iron and help it last a lot longer with very little cleaning needed. Honestly, I can't find anything I don't like about this Steamer/Iron? It's compact, taking up very little space making it easy for travel, Very powerful, and easy to use with plenty of settings for different materials. Just a very unique and well thought out item. I love it! It will more than likely take the place of my one big steamer and my regular sized iron. I think my life just got a little easier!

This steamer s soo nice, and very fancy to say it is one for oin the go, It had a good bit of weight to it and defianlty can tell its made very well and will last for quite some time if cared for . I love the added feature of being able to use it to press your pants and collar because most steamers you can not do this with out also having your iron, and it defiantly helps as a BIG plus for on the go to not still have to bring your iron aswell. I do feel that the tank for it is very very small . but it also has a good control on how much steamat once it is putting out and helps for the super small tankand not having to fill it back up after each garmet. it also comes with a hot pad so that you dont burn your surfaces and a glove to protect your hand from burns, and I love the velvet case to carry it all. This steamer is very nice addition to have in your to go bags and honestly I am keeping itout with my ironing supplies to use on a regular basis because it is so nice. But i do have to say this, that I feel 100.00 is quite alot to speand on a travel steamer but then again I am a pretty cheap person and maybe Ijust dont understand the imprtance of a good qualtiy steamer as this to someone who actually travels alot and HAS THE NEED FOR IT. bUT IF YOU NEED SOMETHING THAT WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN THIS WOULD DEFIANTLY BE THE CHOICE FOR YOU AND WELL WORTH THE SMALL INVESTMENT! (oops hit the caps lock button). I woul dpurchase agai if i found it on sale but all in all it was very easy to use and store away, the instructions explain everything quite well and to be undestood easily and it works beyond my expectations! very VERY nice steamer!

Many years ago, I had a travel steamer. It was nice and functioned well, but it was nothing exciting, or particularly versatile.This Jack & Rose Travel Steamer Press Iron vastly exceeded my expectations. Partly because I didn’t read the full description, but it still would have been quite impressive. Right off, you’ll notice that it has some weight to it. Despite a plastic casing, it feels solid. The instructions are comprehensive enough and of a legible size. The icons could be a bit larger though. For me, it wasn’t entirely intuitive to use, but the instructions took care of that right away.First, I tried it on a shirt collar that tends to crease in the wrong spot. T made quick work of that, and maybe did better than my steam iron. Of course, a quality steamer like this is going to out-perform your average iron. Next, I tried it on a silk shirt. It performed admirably. Then I used it on a cotton napkin. I’ve got a coupe of very thin napkins that crease very badly on the edges. I used this on part of one that has already been ironed. It did well, perhaps better than my iron does. I will be using it extensively on these napkins.I think the product was designed by someone who wanted something excellent for themselves before making it available to others. The measuring cup is really useful. Although the water reservoir holds 80ml, the cup will hold up to 100ml. That actually good. Fill it to 80ml and it won’t spill before you can get it into the reservoir. The “plate” to rest the steamer/iron on is very useful. Using it as a steam iron you might want to use the included heat-resistant glove.The press mode works well, the steamer modes work well, and it works as a small iron too.As travel steamer/irons go, it’s a bit large, but that’s the tradeoff for multi-functional.My only real issue with the steamer is that the water reservoir can slide off too easily while using the steamer. Part of that is probably me, but it would be good if it took just a little more force to slide the water reservoir off. I didn’t think it deserved to be docked a star for that though.I would love to see a wall hanger accessory for it.I like this steamer a lot, and it will see extensive use at home. Due to the size and the fact that I no longer travel for work, it won’t see a lot of travel with me.One final note. It says for Europe and global travel. That is referring to dual voltage and not to different kinds of plugs. You’ll still need your adapters for other types of plugs.

nice steamer. but not the best. it adds a bit of weight to your luggage but it is convenient to have

Compact, easy to use, and effective travel steamer. Easy to throw into your luggage and lets you get those wrinkles out quickly and without any mess, or fuss, once you get to your destination. Does not come with a whole lot of instructions, but it is very straightforward how to fill and use. Puts out plenty of steam to get out even troublesome wrinkles from both delicate things, like a dress, or something like a mens suit jacket.Highly recommended.
