The product is fine. Amazingly, no damage on transit regardless of how the box looked. The instrument was sold as new but was a return. It was obviously repackaged. Missing documentation, sufficient packaging and the supplimental Allen wrenches. I've bought plenty of instruments online and I know what that looks like.This'll be my first and last instrument purchase on Amazon. It just goes through too many hands.The bass should have been sold as used or a wharehouse deal. I almost sent it back, but like I said the bass "seems" undamaged, and playable. So it's got that going for it. If it wasn't for my gift card, I would just have gone music store direct. Live and learn.
